Dr Sirous Mobini is a Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist and Consultant Clinical Psychologist with more than 30 years of experience working in various mental health and neuropsychology areas inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings.
Dr Mobini is also an Accredited Cognitive-Behaviour Therapist and EMDR Therapist.
He is a Charted Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.
Dr Mobini is a registered expert witness and for some years, he completed medico-legal neuropsychological and psychological reports for clients with various forms of acquired brain injury and mental health problems and psychological injuries. His medico-legal reports are mostly on behalf of the claimants, but he also has written expert reports on behalf of the defendants.
Dr Mobini has worked in neurorehabilitation and mental health services within the NHS and private/independent organisations in inpatient, community, and outpatient settings. He has published his research extensively in peer reviewed journals and presented his research data in conferences and seminars both nationally and internationally. His research interests include neuropsychological rehabilitation for people with brain injury and developing psychological therapies for people with impulse control problems.
He specialises neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation with adults with acquired brain injury, psychological therapies for mental health problems, and psychological injures as a result of road traffic accidents (RTA) and other traumas.
